Terms and Conditions of Registration

Registration Requirements

Grade 1 Admission:

• Applicants must be born between August 31, 2016 and August 31, 2018.

• Students will be assessed through an entrance test, which includes:

          Verbal and social skills evaluation                                                                                                                                                                                                                  English language assessment (recognition of sounds, reading and writing letters, colors, numbers, and shapes)

Grades 2–12 Admission:

Admission for grades 2–12 is subject to availability and is based on entrance exams and interviews with the following criteria:

• Achieving a minimum of 70% in the Mathematics and English entrance exam, and oral interview (level assessment).

• GPA requirements:

        Above 18 for Iranian schools                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Above 90 for foreign/international schools

• Submission of the most recent report card on the day of the entrance exam.

• Discipline score must be above 19 (Iranian schools) or 90 (foreign schools).

• A Good Conduct Letter from the previous school is required.

  • Level assessment exams will be conducted on the following dates:

           June 11, 2024                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     June 25, 2024                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    August 20, 2024

• Results will be announced within one week of the exam date.

Required Documents:

• Original passport and a copy with a valid UAE residency visa

• Original ID card (for both the student and one parent)

• Copy of the vaccination card (translated into English)

• Six (6) passport-size photos (3×4 cm) – Islamic hijab is mandatory

• Students transferring from non-Iranian schools outside the UAE must have their latest academic transcript attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in their home country.
